2Tear Off the Old Roof
Everything comes off down to the bare deck. No shortcuts, and no roofing over the old layer.
3Inspect the Decking
With the deck exposed we can finally see what's under there. Anything soft or rotted gets replaced before we build back.
4Dry the Roof In
Underlayment and flashing go on next. This is the layer that actually keeps water out of your house.
5Install the Shingles
Shingles go on to manufacturer spec, working up from the eaves, with the valleys and roof penetrations detailed as we go.
6Clean Up and Walk It With You
The yard gets swept for nails, the site gets cleared, and we walk the finished roof with you before we call it done.
